By accessing and using Instagram Auto-Repost, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Instagram Auto-Repost is an automated content reposting service that allows you to:

• Connect your Instagram Business account via OAuth
• Monitor target Instagram accounts or hashtags
• Automatically repost content to your account
• Schedule and manage posting times

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines
• Respect intellectual property rights of content creators
• Give proper credit to original content creators
• Not use the service to spam or harass others
• Not attempt to circumvent rate limits (100 posts per 24 hours)

4. Account Requirements

To use this service, you must:

• Have an Instagram Business or Creator account
• Have a Facebook Page linked to your Instagram account
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have legal authority to enter into this agreement
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to repost content
• Original content creators retain all rights to their content
• You must provide proper attribution when reposting
• We do not claim ownership of content posted through the service
• You grant us license to process and publish content on your behalf
• Violation of copyright may result in account termination

6. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Post harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with the service's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Use the service for commercial spam
• Scrape or harvest data from Instagram
• Reverse engineer or modify the service
• Share your account with others

7. Service Limitations

The service is subject to:

• Instagram API rate limits (100 posts per 24 hours per account)
• Facebook Platform policies and restrictions
• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Potential service interruptions
• Changes to Instagram API functionality

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of content
• That the service will meet your requirements
• That defects will be corrected
• Compatibility with Instagram's future changes
• Protection against account suspension by Instagram

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from Instagram account suspension or termination
• Content posted through the service
• Third-party actions or content
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Unauthorized access to your account

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of third-party rights
• Content you post through the service
• Your violation of Instagram's Terms of Use

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You violate Instagram's Terms of Use
• Your account is used for illegal activities
• We receive a valid legal request
• The service is discontinued

You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. We will notify you of significant changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Third-Party Services

The service integrates with:

• Facebook Platform
• Instagram Graph API

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

14. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Dispute Resolution
